BY DEFAULT INSTAGRAM PRELOADS MANY VIDEOS SO THE START FASTER WHENEVER IS POSSIBLE, THIS ARE THE STEPS TO TO REDUCE THE RATE OF DATA CONSUMPTION ON INSTAGRAM

      If you want to reduce the amount of cellular data the instagram app uses, then you can choose not to leave instagram preloads videos over cellular connections.

To use less data on instagram this are the steps-

• Go to your profile and tap
• Tap settings
• Tap Account > cellular data use
• Next to use less data tap toogle on

Note that- If you choose use less data, videos may take longer time to load, choosing less data wont affect the way instagram works if you are using WIFI
